User Account

- permit Theme Ocean to use your User Platform at no charge and in perpetuity for Theme Ocean’s advertising or marketing activities, both online and offline, and to make such modifications as objectively necessary for such purposes. You also waive any claim against Theme Ocean or others acting on its behalf for any past, present or future moral rights or copyrights in any country of the world which you may hold in relation to your User Platform.
